What to bring to the interview

A completed enrolment form
Please download a copy of our enrolment package (PDF, 1555KB) or collect from our office. If your enrolment form is not completed prior to the interview, it would be appreciated if you could come earlier than your appointment time so that the form can be completed and verified prior to the interview.
