Please contact the office to be supplied with an enrolment pack and to arrange an interview time. Enrolment interviews for Miles State High School take place at the office of the School on Pine Street, Miles. Interviews will take approximately 30 minutes.

What to bring to the interview

The student being enrolled

As the interview focuses on the student it is important that he or she attends the interview.

A completed enrolment form

Please download a copy of our enrolment package (PDF, 2.2MB) or collect from our office. If your enrolment form is not completed prior to the interview, it would be appreciated if you could come earlier than your appointment time so that the form can be completed and verified prior to the interview.

Birth certificate

If your child has never attended a state school, you must bring your child’s birth certificate to the interview. If your child is currently enrolled at a state school, it is preferred that you still bring a birth certificate to the interview.

Court orders

Any court orders concerning the welfare, safety or parenting arrangements of children should be provided to the school by parents, and the school should also be provided with any new or updated orders.

If transferring from a non-state school

If transferring from a non-state school please provide copies of any current school or NAPLAN reports at this interview.
